WE USE CANADA POST OR UPS EXPEDITED TO SHIP OUR ITEMS WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGERS, DEFECTS OR LOST INCURRED ONCE IT IS SHIPPED/PICKED UP. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO CONSIDER PURCHASING INSURANCE TO PROTECT YOUR ORDER.
IN ONTARIO, IT WILL TAKE 2-3 DAYS.
WITHIN CANADA, IT WILL TAKE 4-6 DAYS.
THE FEE IS $30-$40.
TO USA, IT WILL TAKE 8-10 DAYS. THE FEE IS $75. ALL DUITIES AND TAXES THAT OCCUR UPON ARRIVAL ARE ALL AT THE EXPENSES OF THE BUYER.
CANADA POST DELAYS CAN BE EXPECTED DUE TO WEATHER,CUSTOM CLEARANCE AND/OR THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.

For any items valued at USA$5000 or more, our store does not automatically provide Route Shipping Protection insurance. If you wish to purchase insurance for your order, you must notify us via email at Luxhub.ca@gmail.com prior to completing your purchase, specifying the amount of insurance coverage you would like to add.
• Without written confirmation from you, we will not purchase insurance for your order.
• We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items if insurance was not purchased.

THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE TO CHECK THE CONDITION OF THE ITEM DURING THE PURCHASE.
NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON THE PURCHASED ITEM UNLESS IT IS PROVEN TO BE COUNTERFEIT BY REPUTABLE AUTHORITIES WITHIN SEVEN DAYS UPON RECEIVING THE ITEM.

WE WILL BE HOLDING BACK A RESTOCKING 5% FEE FOR “ACCIDENTAL OR BUYER REMORSE PURCHASES” AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL BE REFUNDING YOUR SHIPPING CHARGE.
